Booking Policy

Cancellation and Refund Policy

 All customers who register for any class, private group event, party or other event requiring advanced registration are subject to Cake Depot NC LLC’s cancellation and refund policies. It is our goal for all participants to have the ultimate experience Cake Depot NC LLC has to offer.

A liability waiver form must be completed for all participants attending any Cake Depot NC LLC birthday party, class, special event or private event. The disclosure includes a release of liability and waiver of certain legal rights. We appreciate your understanding of these important and essential policies.

Birthday Parties

A 50% non-refundable deposit and a signed party contract is due at the time of reservation. In the case of illness, personal emergency, or severe weather, deposits will be transferable to a rescheduled date. Date changes must be made at least one week prior to the event. No refund on the deposit will be given in the event of a cancellation. Final balance is due 48 hours prior to the party. All prices are subject to NC sales tax

Classes, Special Events & Private Group Events

Come Learn with Us – Let us provide you with the tools and the confidence to build your passion for baking and decorating while having a fun and enjoyable experience. Our hands-on classes are educational, fun and provide you with a wealth of knowledge and experience. Our decorating classes are perfect for beginners as well as the more experienced baker or decorator. A non-refundable registration payment is required when you register for a class. Late Arrivals

All classes start on time and late arrivals of 15 minutes or more will not be allowed to participate. You will forfeit all fees paid for the class.

Class Kits

Some classes will require a “class kit” and should be purchased before the class begins. There will be no refunds on class kits.

Cancellations by Cake Depot NC

We reserve the right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather or federal, state or local mandates. If WE cancel a class, participants will be notified, and full payment will be either refunded or credited to a future class. We will do our best to contact participants as early as possible prior to the cancellation.
